How do I hide my username when publishing a comment?

Unfortuneately this cannot be done directly.

However you can change your username via MyAccount to whatever name you wish.  Please note admins will still see your email address.

Step 1 

Go to https://signin.mygovscot.org/portal/auth.jsp# and login.

Once logged in, please click your name  , and select Manage your account.

 

Step 2

Select Change Username 

 

Step 3

Enter your password, the new username you wish to use, and then select Change Username.  Select Change Username   and your username in CONSUL will also change.
